  • You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date you received the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Perfume products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Once we verified & your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

1.3 Return Shipping:

  • We will cover the shipping costs for returning the item, which will be included in your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (J&T, Ninjavan, POSLaju, or Flash Express)

1.4 Refund Processing:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, depending on product availability and your preference, we can offer:
    • Exchange: We will send you the correct item as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
